Nika Gigashvili

Nika is an immigration attorney who has represented a wide range of clients in employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian immigration matters. He has extensive experience with extraordinary ability and other employment-based visas, including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A, as well as broader nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions for multinational companies, startups, and executives. He also has significant experience responding to complex RFEs and NOIDs and representing clients in appellate proceedings, including before the Administrative Appeals Office. Over the years, he has worked closely with international companies and tech startups to design immigration strategies tailored to their business goals.

As an immigrant himself, Nika was naturally drawn to immigration law. He believes deeply in the American Dream, and he has built his career around helping brilliant, driven individuals from around the world find their own version of it.

He holds a J.D. from Penn State Law, where he served as Articles Editor for the Penn State Journal of Law & International Affairs. He is a native Georgian speaker, fluent in English, and professionally proficient in Russian.
