Nicolo Rivolta

Nico Rivolta leads Alma's immigration practice as Head of Legal, where he pairs the rigor of traditional legal practice with technology that sharpens petition quality and accelerates client delivery. Over more than a decade in established law firm settings, he has advised startups, growth-stage companies, and multinational corporations across the full range of employment-based immigration matters. He brings that institutional perspective to Alma, applying what has long worked in sophisticated legal practice while using technology to build more accurate petitions, more scalable processes, and a markedly better client experience at every stage.

Originally from Milan, Italy, Nico has navigated the U.S. immigration system himself, including the disappointment of going unselected in the H-1B lottery. That firsthand experience shapes how he leads: with an understanding that behind every petition is a person, and a conviction that legal excellence and a genuinely human experience are not competing goals but the same one.
