Diego Menendez is an Immigration Attorney with 6 years of experience representing a wide range of clients in employment-based, nonimmigrant, and humanitarian immigration matters. He has extensive experience in employment-based petitions, with a particular focus on EB-1, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A cases, as well as Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, and nonimmigrant visa categories including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, and E-2s. Earlier in his career, he also represented clients in humanitarian matters including Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, T and U visas, and VAWA-related relief.
Diego came to immigration law through a deep commitment to human rights and a belief that one of the most meaningful things a lawyer can do is help people build a life in this country. Diego understands that behind every immigration case is a person with a great deal at stake, and he works to make an often complex and overwhelming process feel a little more manageable.
