Danielle Mullen-Solancho

Danielle Mullen-Solancho is an Immigration Attorney who represents a wide range of clients across the technology sector. She has represented publicly traded technology companies, high-growth ventures, mission-driven nonprofits, as well as startups from their earliest stages of formation. This diverse experience gives her a unique perspective on the immigration strategies that support organizations at every phase of growth.

Her practice centers on employment-based immigration, where she has developed significant expertise in EB-1 and NIW petitions, as well as O-1, H-1B, L-1, and related nonimmigrant matters. She also has extensive experience with family-based immigration, and is recognized for her ability to evaluate each client's circumstances comprehensively and identify the most appropriate and effective path forward. She is particularly known for crafting creative, strategic approaches that secure approvals in high-stakes and complex cases.

A graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law and a member of the Utah Bar, Danielle approaches her practice as a collaboration with clients. As a fellow immigrant herself, she brings a personal understanding of the challenges her clients face in navigating the immigration system, and works to ensure that they feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout the process.

She speaks English and Tagalog and actively contributes to her community by providing pro bono representation in humanitarian immigration matters. Outside of her practice, Danielle enjoys archery, exploring national parks, and going on road trips.
