Cassidy Latham Zahler is an Immigration Attorney who has represented a wide range of clients in employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian immigration matters. She has extensive experience in extraordinary ability talent visas - including EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A - as well as experience in other high-stakes immigration cases involving removal defense, criminal immigration, U-Visas, VAWA, Asylum, and more.
Cassidy pursued immigration law as she found it to be the most tangible means of advancing human rights for individuals of all backgrounds and capabilities. As someone who was lucky enough to be born in the United States, she seeks to ensure that every individual is afforded the same opportunities she was, regardless of nationality, race, religion, or gender. Cassidy is first and foremost committed to her clients as human beings and she profoundly understands the importance of the tasks they entrust her with; she wholeheartedly cares about each and every one of her clients and seeks to fully support them as they navigate the ever-changing, complex U.S. immigration process together.
